In 2015, a SIM­PLE retweet by Ed Sheeran knocked one doc­u­men­tary out of the ring.

Stu­dents from Gorey School of Art had re­cently filmed a doc­u­men­tary on Gorey Box­ing Club called ‘One More Round’ as part of their doc­u­men­tary and film-mak­ing course. A friend of Ed Sheeran found the video on­line on the col­lege’s Vimeo ac­count and tweeted it to Ed. Ed then retweeted it, say­ing: ‘Great video about Gorey Box­ing Club, which was set up by my grandad in ’86 :)”.

Made by GSA Photgraphy and Documentary Film students in 2015, “One More Round” is a documentary about Gorey Boxing Club. Taking an objective look at one of Ireland's top amateur boxing clubs, this film brings together archival footage and present day images to portray a true representation of this vibrant and dynamic voluntary group working to international standards in a small town in Ireland.
